Resolved Question: Where to pick Chanterelles around Portland Oregon?

I know nobody is going to reveal a specific location :) but just wondering the general area or public land/forests near Gresham/Sandy/Corbett area, that is good for hunting Chanterelles? I usually just go with my sister when I'm down at the coast near Cannon Beach, but I'd like to take my husband, he's never gone, and I just can't seem to find a list of forested area that is open for public use.
