There is a $230.00 difference in rent increases since that time though. I have lived at this apartment in Gresham Oregon for greater than 5 years. Originally, I paid 1st and last plus 2 pet deposits for 2 cats. This apartment manager immediately showed his colors on my move in when he said on the apartment inspection, "don't bother to list anything. Just keep it blank". right 5 yrs ago, i was asked to fill out an apartment inspection form of this apt. The manager told me basically not to list anything that was in disrepair at the time of move in. This note is listed to show that I really don't have a manager with integrity. Now i'm about to move out, gave my 30 day notice upfront and i'm being told i do not have to pay last months rent ( my last 30 days) if i paid 1st and last months on moving in. guess my biggest problems here are I've misplaced the original lease of 5 yrs ago, i'm no longer under a lease now w/ this complex, and i don't trust this apartment manager. Probably will pay the additional just to keep my nose clean. integrity. lost art! and no i did not keep apartment inspection blank. This form i have. also, i'm being told i don't have to pay this last month's rents by my realtor and some friends. etc. Certainly not by the manager!
